Q1. How soon can you start my cleaning for me? 

A. This will depend on our availability, just contact us and we will do our best to cater to your domestic or commercial cleaning requirements.  

Q2. I may not be available for in person viewing of my premises for quotation, how can you help me?

A. Not a problem, we can arrange for a virtual viewing via WhatsApp to save you the hustle. 

Q3. Do I need to be present for my cleaning to be done or can my cleaning be done in my absence? 

A. Absolutely! We can make arrangement for a safe and secure entry to your premises before cleaning commence and just so you know, all our stuff members are CRB checked, so you can be rest assured that your premises will be left in a sparkling cleaning and secure condition.  

Q4: Do you charge per hour or per job?
A: We offer both options – whichever works best for you. One-off deep cleans, end-of-tenancy, and turnovers are usually fixed price quotes; regular cleans can be hourly or fixed price quotes.
 
Q5: Will the price go up if it takes longer than expected?
A: No. For fixed-quote price jobs, the price stays the same even if it takes us a little longer to do a perfect job.

Q6: Can I change my service or frequency later?
A: Absolutely. Just let us know, and we’ll adjust your price fairly from that point onwards.
 
Q7: Is there a call-out charge?
A: No – we never charge extra to travel to you within Oldham, Rochdale and most of Greater Manchester.
 
Q8: Do you give discounts for regular work?
A: Yes – regular weekly or fortnightly clients benefit from our best rates.
